Business email

Email on your own domain, on whichever platform actually fits.

Two answers, not one. Professional email that does the job properly from $1.50 a mailbox, or Google Workspace at Google's own price when the team works in documents all day. We move you onto either one and look after it afterwards.

Which of the two you want

Most businesses asking for email want the same things: a professional address on their own domain, mail that arrives, a calendar the team shares, and the whole lot working on a phone without anybody having to think about it. Professional Email does all of that, and at $1.50 a mailbox it costs less than the time you would spend arguing about it.

Google Workspace is a different purchase. You are not buying better email; you are buying Docs, Sheets, Drive and Meet, and a team that lives inside them. That is worth $7 a head and up when people genuinely work that way, and is money spent on nothing when they do not.

If you are not sure which describes you, that is a five-minute conversation and we would rather have it than sell you the wrong one.

The part that is actually work

What we do either way

Choosing the platform takes five minutes. Everything below is the reason people call somebody rather than doing it themselves on a Friday afternoon.

Migration

Mail, contacts and calendars moved off whatever you are on now, with the old mailboxes kept running until the new ones are proven.

DNS done properly

MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and verified. This is the difference between mail that arrives and mail that lands in spam.

Set up on every device

Phones, laptops and whatever the accountant insists on using. Configured once so nobody is typing server names into a phone.

Domains and mailboxes

Registration, renewals, aliases, distribution lists and the joiners and leavers nobody wants to be responsible for.

Deliverability

If your mail is going to spam we find out why, whether that is records, reputation, or something being sent on your behalf.

Support afterwards

From people who set it up, know how yours is configured, and can reach the server as well as the mailbox.

Questions

What people ask before moving

Which one should we take?
If you want email that works on your domain and nothing else, take Professional Email. If your team already writes in Docs, shares Drive folders and lives in Meet, take Workspace. Paying for Workspace and then using it only for mail is the most common way to overspend here.
Can you move our existing mail across?
Yes, for both. Mail, contacts and calendars come over from most providers, including cPanel mail, Microsoft 365, Google and older IMAP servers. We look at what you have before quoting so there are no surprises halfway through.
Will we lose mail during the switch?
No. The old mailboxes stay live while the new ones fill, and the domain only cuts over once we have checked the new setup is receiving. Anything that arrives during the change is collected afterwards.
Do we have to buy a minimum number of mailboxes?
No. Both are priced per mailbox and you can start with one. Adding and removing users later is routine on either platform.
What about Microsoft 365?
We support it and migrate to and from it, and it is a reasonable choice for a team already committed to Office and Teams. We do not list prices for it here because we do not resell it. Ask and we will tell you honestly whether it beats the two above for your situation.
Can we keep our domain where it is?
Yes. The domain can stay with your current registrar; we only need the DNS records changed. We can also take over the domain if you would rather have one bill and one place to ask.

Tell us how many mailboxes and what you are on now.

That is enough for us to tell you which of the two fits, what it costs and how the move would go.
