How does renewal pricing work?

The annual prices shown are the standard renewal prices. Where a promotional price is offered, the renewal price is shown beside it.

Do you offer multi-year discounts?

Yes. Two and three-year terms bring the effective yearly rate down by up to 15%. Switch the term above the plans to see the figure that applies to each one.

Can I pay in EGP or SAR?

Yes. USD is the base price, and you can display Egyptian pounds or Saudi riyals from the currency switch above the plans.

What does the free domain include?

Every plan includes one eligible domain registration free for the first year. After that it renews at the normal registration price for that domain.

What does "unlimited" mean here?

That there is no separate cap on how many databases, mailboxes or subdomains you create. The storage and resource limits in the table above still apply, and we publish those rather than describing the account as unlimited.

How long are backups retained?

The platform keeps seven restore points: three daily, two weekly and two monthly. They are stored off-server and do not count against your account storage.

What does "premium WordPress tools included" actually mean?

A premium page builder, theme and template library, builder add-ons, form builder, SEO suite, multilingual engine and login security are licensed by us and available on your sites at no extra cost. Bought separately at list price those come to $396 a year, which is more than the Starter plan costs. No separate licence is sold with the plan: they stay available for as long as the hosting is active.

Can you move my existing site?

Yes. Migration assistance is available, with the scope confirmed once we have seen the source environment. We will tell you honestly if a smaller plan would serve you better.
