Why that combination matters

Most Odoo partners implement the system and leave the hosting to somebody else. Most hosting companies run the servers and cannot touch the application. When your ERP is slow at month end, or an integration stops delivering, or a customisation needs a server-level change to work properly, that split becomes your problem to project-manage.

We are on both sides of it. The team that wrote the customisation is the team that can read the server logs, and there is no argument about whose fault it is.

Hosting your Odoo

Odoo can be run on Odoo Online, on odoo.sh, or on infrastructure of your own. Each is the right answer for somebody.

We host it when you want control over the environment, when customisations or integrations need server-level access, or when data residency matters to you. If your requirements are standard and you would rather not think about servers at all, we will say so, and Odoo Online is a perfectly good answer.

What people ask before starting

How long does an implementation take?
It depends on how many modules and how much of your current process has to be preserved rather than changed. We scope it in discovery and give you a range before you commit, not after.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Usually. Accounting history, products, customers and open transactions migrate from most systems. We look at what you have during discovery and tell you what will come across cleanly and what will not.
Do we have to host with you?
No. We implement on Odoo Online and odoo.sh as well. Hosting with us is worth it when you need environment control or server-level access for customisations, and not otherwise.
What happens when Odoo releases a new version?
Custom modules are written to upgrade rather than to pin you to one release. When you host with us, upgrades are planned and tested on a copy before they touch the system you work in.
